Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email.
  • Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social networks, professional communities, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and alignment with company culture.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or technical interviewers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and other recruiters to expand your talent network.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately recorded and tracked in Bullhorn.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and addressing their inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • You have a University or College degree
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of technical skill sets and an understanding of the technology industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A go-getter who is looking to grow with the company
